EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) is a synthetic rubber membrane that has been used in commercial roofing for over 60 years.
Manufactured by Versico Roofing Systems (Carlisle), EPDM membranes are engineered for superior flexibility, UV resistance,
and long-term weathering performance.
Unlike thermoplastic membranes, EPDM remains flexible in extreme temperatures, making it highly resistant to cracking, hail impact,
