A: It depends. We can maintain and repair all major flat roof systems, even if we didn’t install them, however most manufacturers require repairs to be completed by a manufacturer-authorized installer to not void the warranty.  If your roof is under warranty, contact the warranty department of the manufacturer of your roofing material, and they will refer an authorized installer.
