Commercial Roofing Superintendent – Boise, Idaho

Pay: $30–$39 per hour, based on experience
Job: Full-time, year-round
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Travel: Up to 25%

All County Roofing is hiring a Commercial Roofing Superintendent in Boise, Idaho.
We want an ambitious leader who thinks like an owner. You will run projects,
build crews, control costs, solve problems, and help our company grow.

If you want to run or own a roofing company someday, this is a chance to learn

What You Will Do

  • Lead foremen, crews, and subcontractors
  • Keep jobs safe, on schedule, and on budget
  • Plan labor, materials, equipment, and deliveries
  • Track quality, production, costs, and progress
  • Solve problems and own the results
  • Communicate with customers, crews, and office staff
  • Train employees and improve company systems

What You Need

  • Five or more years of commercial roofing experience
  • Experience leading crews or projects
  • Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal roofing, coatings, and shingles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving
  • A focus on safety, quality, productivity, and profit
  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record
