All County Roofing is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator in Boise.
We want a business-minded estimator who understands that a good bid must win work,
control risk, protect profit, and set the field team up for success.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who thinks like an owner and wants a voice
in how a roofing company grows. You will help us build customer relationships,
improve estimating systems, and pursue the right work—not just more work.
What You Will Do
- Review plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documents
- Complete takeoffs, jobsite visits, estimates, and proposals
- Price labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
- Write clear scopes, exclusions, and bid qualifications
- Track bids, deadlines, revisions, and follow-up
- Identify risk and support profitable bidding decisions
- Prepare organized handoffs for production
- Help with change orders and customer relationships
What You Need
- Commercial roofing estimating experience
- Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal roofing, coatings, repairs, and reroofing
- Experience reading plans, specifications, and project details
- Bluebeam or similar takeoff and estimating software experience
- Understanding of markup, gross profit, labor, and material costs
- Strong organization, communication, math, and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when needed
